I need to be able to contact cutomer support more easily when there's a problem.
I would like it to be easier to get into a live chat if there's a serious problem with one of the services like Flickr failing to upload my pictures correctly.

Your not the only one with Flickr uploading problems Joey Ross. I haven't been able to upload to Flickr for almost 2 weeks now. I keep on getting the same error message over and over again "Connection Offline" . And no help anywhere. No link to customer service or anything of that kind of thing at all. Really starting to **** me off.
