Fix the language slection!!!!!!!!!

Fix the US language version to work again. When I click it on it stays
on the Spanish version ( I am in Costa Rica). I have to click on the
Canada English version to read.

    The Arabic language bothered me for the whole morning.
    Whenever I start entering my email box, the Arabic language appears. I have never made such a setting, because I am a Canadian Taiwaness

    It bothered me for a whole morning.
    Please help.
