Stop asking for phone numbers to activate an email account. My number is non-published and unlisted and I pay for that. I am going to contact the privacy commissioner regarding this abuse for information just to sell. In the past all you needed to give an alternate email address and now you need a phone number. I do not need a yahoo email address that bad. This issue will be looked into by the Federal Government and the privacy act.

I log into my account at least once a day. Every time I have said no I dont want to save my password and no I done want Yahoo! to have my cell phone number. I have had at least six cell phone numbers since I started with Yahoo! many years ago. Numbers change I move however my email has remained. Yahoo! is the only thing in my life that has outlived children at home and three women. Stop bugging me. I lost an email account because I linked it to a cell phone and then forget the number once I got a new one.
