Im traveling in the states and Iv been trying to log on to my account for 2 week! I keep getting a message hat im not logging on from a device that you know but it is the same device that I always use! the you ask me a security question 'what is the name of my pet?' and I dont have a pet! iv been trying to contact yahoo help for 2 weeks now. can someone please help fix this situation?
