I have been a dedicated Yahoo user for more than a decade. In the beginning, I loved the Homepage especially the customizable one, where you could choose and place the segments that you use most, where you wanted it. For all the changes you have made in your homepage, and to the services for your members and users, almost each and every one is for the worse! I originally became a member and user of Yahoo services because they were the best and most user friendly I could find. But over the last 10 years, it seems like you have wasted your resources, tried to dress up your services with cosmetics, and features that you think are trendy and cool, BUT ARE NOT! And all of this at a big cost... the sacrifice of QUALITY! Your services are no longer dependable. I need to have secure, dependable, and user friendly services for email, addressbook/contacts, and especially a good Calendar. I am especially frustrated with your Calendar services lately. It never works!... always "technical difficulties", never responds. When I need to make reference to my calendar, or add things to my calendar, I NEED THAT NOW!!!... not "try again later"!!! It is time to get rid of the stuff you think is cool, but is nothing but cosmetics and aggravation for your users! Listen to your users!... get rid of the ****, and get back to basic dependable services. As I said above, I've been a dedicated user for more than a decade, and the quality of services has gone downhill continuously. If I didn't have such a lengthy historical existence and dependence on the Yahoo basic services of email, contacts, and the calendar, I would be outa here in a flash! Get rid of the cosmetics and frills, and get back to basics please!!
