Recently, I have received the down below e-mail from your customer care team regarding my yahoo account (sam1dmcc@yahoo.com) that was terminated by them. I would highly appreciate your assistance telling me what kind of violations I made to cause my account to be terminated, because I have very important e-mails and I need to retrieve them badly. Please, help me to get my account back.

Your "sam1dmcc" Yahoo account was disabled for violation of the Yahoo Terms (TOS).
When you created your account, you agreed to follow the Yahoo Terms.
The "Termination" section of the Yahoo Terms outlines the conditions that can cause an account to be disabled/removed.
