My default location for weather is always Rio Rancho NM. I have never been there. No matter what I do changing to my current location

Yahoo weather always defaults to Rio Rancho NM. I have never been there. No matter that I change location, it always go back to Rio Rancho NM that I have never been to.

    How do I change the default location??? Whatever I do, always returns to Rio Rancho NM that I have never been to.
