I called customer service yesterday. I still don't understand why you call it that. I waited on hold and then was given a choice to leave a number so they could call back. It worked, they did call back. After THEY called me I had to wait, again, on hold FOR TWENTY ******* MINUTES! I hung up.
I'm leaving yahoo. It's not worth the bother.

Oh, I tried calling customer service and after 25 minutes they said they were too busy to take my call and hung up on me. ********!
