This is, without a doubt, the worst move I have seen someone make under the guise of "helping to serve you better". It does nothing but make it more frustrating for everyone using the service. Do something right for a change...return to the old format. You need to pay attention. I don't think many users have been positively affected by your blunder. Fix it!
