I am curious if any representative from Yahoo wishes to comment on the new My Yahoo. Personally, I am very disappointed, and would like a few questions answered.

First, is anyone from the company actually reading the large amount disappointing user comments? Are improvements on the way? Will we be able to go to the old format? What in the company's view is better about the new format than the old one? The benefits seem to be very elusive for most of the users responding with their feedback.

Yahoo, prove us wrong and respond to this thread. Give us some hope.
