Horrid new layout. User hostile not friendly. Actually pretty stoopud!!! Fire those who did this because you lost a LOT of customers.
Fire those responsible and hire people who LISTEN to customers. And who actually USE the web. This is just plain stoopud … after all these years actually making it worse? I find it amazing how such decisions get made. Head shaker. And it will cost Rogers (just one example) a fortune in lost customers. Like me.
