SPAM FILTER IS HORRIBLE_NONEXISTENT
I have had this email address for over 20 years, dating back to dial-up Internet. I have changed my accounts’ email addresses for everything b.c I will not use ATT/Yahoo email anymore. Why? I get a minimum of 20 junk emails/day, in my INBOX. Junk emails for male enhancements and other adult-specific ads, (bogus) free gift cards for various vendors, CBT ads, etc. It is unlike anything I have ever seen. I have sent these to junk mail repeatedly only to get 20+ new ones the next day. If you lose customers you and your spam filter are to blame. It is ridiculous, a waste of time and resources, and based on iCloud and Gmail performance, completely avoidable. If we are marking things as junk at that volume it is not super hard to address this accordingly but this has been a six-month battle at a minimum. I put it off that long b/c it is such a pain to change account information for the different companies and vendors I am associated with. I will never willingly use this account again and cannot wait to delete it from my list of email accounts linked to my phone.

I get junk mail that I have won something but can't receive mails I receive from contacts. Mails you sort out have behind the @ 2 dots ***@***.***.xx But these get widely used now. But I never receive this mail.

I frequently get spam in my inbox. These are obvious spam and should be able to be caught and go directly to spam. But what I am more concerned about is that you are sending important emails I need to receive to junk. I’ve tried to add these to my contacts/address. I’ve flagged it as important so that it comes with a star next to the email address. I’ve searched them in junk and moved them to my inbox. But still you consistently send them to spam. It used to not be this way. I used to get them no problem. Likewise with people and businesses I’ve communicated with or friends. Especially if I’ve sent them an email before, it should be easy to determine it’s not spam. Also a newsletter I get twice a week, every once in a while you decide to send to spam. It is unpredictable whether I will get important emails or not. I need to predictably receive important emails.
