Give another option to sign in without your recovery email
My 76 year old mother is distraught because she cannot access her emails since she got a new phone and iPad.
The issue is that her recovery email address is my DECEASED father's, who has been gone for over 5 years and we have no access to his account anymore.
When my mother tries to get in, it tells her if she can't access her recovery email address, all she can do is create a new account!
This is an absurd idea. How exactly does Yahoo expect her to remember every single company/person she gets emails from so she can contact them and update her address!
Basically it means there are probably hundreds of email accounts out there that no one can get into.
How is this the only option?!?!
