Slow rounding to hole dollar and allow to narrow column width to see more columns

Suggest that all dollar columns such as gain or value be rounded off to three decimal points. Some of the values in these columns either have no numbers after the decimal point or have four or five numbers. It’s confusing when you scan the column if you have a large number of entries.
