Your help site is the worst!!
I’ve spent the last hour trying to figure out why I can’t reset my password. I’ve tried to talk to the robot and he keeps trying to get me to call you all, but I don’t wanna subscribe and pay 4.99$! I the password reset center keeps say “uh oh try again later” and I don’t know what to do so if anyone can help me please do since Yahoo! Is incapable of helping me! And I’m using one of My other account to post this but the one that’s locked I need help with!

Fix rejected emails problem
Yahoo mail is not receiving emails from certain servers. I use my yahoo email for business (have for 20 years)...now, emails are getting rejected, and people are asking why I haven't responded to emails that I have not received. A colleague told me that this is a known issue, and it's been going on for a couple of months or more....when will this get fixed? I can't even find out how to contact a human being to get an answer....this is very poor customer service. Known problem with no communication to customers to let us know how to get around…

Provide email to report fraudulent account.
It is quite simple, provide an email address to report account security concerns. I have spent at least 30 minutes going around in circles trying to find a way to report a fraudulent yahoo email account. I received notices from security monitoring companies that my name and phone number were linked to a yahoo.com email address that does not belong to me.

All folders were theft by some hackers .All documents were lost please help
More than 100 folders and 1500 documents were being theft .it is by hackers.Mail box is empty.

Delete Account
I would like to delete my account but your system continues to have an issue. Someone is using this email address to fraudulently purchase items. I just want to prevent this from happening. I do not use this email anymore. Why would I pay you to have my account deleted? You need to take responsibility for your service. Not me.

YAHOO deleted my emails. I had just went through them around October 2020. Every one of them were deleted, WHY??? Not in one account but 2 of them. I have critical information concerning accounts and now, nothing?? Someone better explain real soon. I need my data back immediately!

you can improve by not discarding the 1st Amendment. you have made it impossible to comment on anything.
stop discarding the 1st Amendment. We can't comment on anything you put up. You allow Politico for example to say anything without allowing comments. Your headline page says things only against Trump never any of the good he does and you don't allow comments. It is exactly what communists and fascists do. stop it!

All my contacts have been obliterated and I want to know how I can restore them, if possible. All your pre-determined help topics are way to prescriptive and completely useless in this situation. How do I find out how to restore my contacts!??? This is very irritating and VERY VERY inconvenient. Believe me... I wouldn't be bothering you if I had the answer myself. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME, PLEASE!????

I know other people with russian number started with +7 (958) do not receive verification SMS too!
