  3. disable double authentification

    Your site is unfriendly, my issue is that I'm ALWAYS asked to enter 6 digit code sent to my recovery email. I don't want to add my phone, and cookies are not saved. What's worst, when I tried to make a suggestion here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/account?sclb=1, "Contact Us" is not working: "Support from a Yahoo specialist is not available."
    As a user I'm tired and will move most of my stuff to google or microsoft. I do want a simple mail with username / password to get in, I need to DISABLE any double secure authentification.

  4. Remove daily engagement streak tracker

    Nowhere in help is any info on your unwanted daily engagement streak tracker. Yahoo added this annoying thing recently. I do not want this, help function is not helping!
    Here is an idea" Do Not add stuff we did not ask for!

    PLEASE can someone help me

    my email was moved from cox cable to yahoo. i changed my contact info with cox cable bit cannot get into my cox mail even though cox has correct info

  6. Transfer of funds is very slow

    I submitted a withdrawal request and after three full working days the payment is still pending approval. It certainly didn’t take long to take my deposit. I am not understanding why this is being held up?

    I recently got a new home phone number and about 3 months ago got a cell phone (which has it own different phone number) I want to add these to my yahoo e-mail account-but a message pops up that they are "unsupported."I tried to set up up other e-maill accounts (g-mail and aol.com) but they also state that these numbers are "unsupported".Can it be possible that any number at Spectrum and Consumer Cellular can't be used? Please advise me what to do. I have no way to verify my account if I get locked. out of it. JDF5851@yahoo.com

  11. creating an app password does not work/

    Trying to set up pop or imap connection to yahoo.com.

    My web password works from Chrome but not from MS Outlook. I presume you require an app specific password.

    Your procedure from creating an app password fails with a message along the lines of "this account is not allowed to create an app password" with no further elaboration. A bit of googling finds tons of complaints from people in the same situation.

    Please fix it or explain what one has to do to predictably create an app passwoed.

    Also **** your stupid ******* policies as well. :/ Now I cannot access specific things because I deleted those accounts and cannot retrieve them because of the stupid policies and thus cannot retrieve anything originally tied to them WHICH BELONGED TO ME BTW.

  15. Notifications aren't being shown

    Edit: How on earth is this supposed to be useful? Notifications on Yahoo comments are showing "no notifications yet"; "start interacting with others...etc" but the notification bell shows reactions. It's been like this for 2 days. The other issue is when I look at my comments & try to return to the articles, it won't return to the articles. The page I'm currently on has not loaded properly, either. Also, there aren't help pages for these issues. This page is not monitored for help with issues? How is one supposed to get help with issues with the website?

    I want to know WHY? I continue to be locked out of my account, when I do not "SIGN OUT"? It will not let me do the two step sign in, says my number and name is NOT recognized! Nor my phone number which all worked fine until about a month ago! I have no way to check anything in my account, no preferences, etc. WHAT GIVES?     You're censoring ALL my posts, why?
    You claim not to censor, but you do when I reply to someone and say "have a nice day" or I make a direct post responding to an article. You think blackballing someone is the answer because you disagree with what they say?
    Maybe I should write and article about how I feel about Yahoo doing this and place it on my website. Don't worry, I'll refer to the name Yahoo and be certain to post your exact "methodology" surrounding your guidelines.
