  1. Stop making me go thru "2-step verification" every time I sign in!

    I am sick and tired of needing to have my mobile phone right next to me, ready to receive a verification code, EVERY TIME I try to sign in on my computer. I have an account and I have a password, and that is all the "security" I need or want.

    Also, STOP asking me to sign up for your "premium" service. I can't afford it and I don't want it.

  4. I am totally sick of getting ads from QVC, dentists, beauty, etc that I DO NOT WANT and can’t unsubscribe! I totally resent this!

    Get rid of the constant ads that have no ‘unsubscribe’ button or else I’ll get rid of the Cox email that I have had for 30 years!!!

  5. Response times slow and agents not knowing enough about Yahoo to help fix problems is a big problem.

    Yahoo plus just signed up for service cannot use for some strange reason. Agent could not help me . Waiting for response from another unknowable agent. Not good business at all.

    HELP! HELP! HELP! My YAHOO Email has gone bonkers! I cannot delete emails, the screen parameters are out of proportion, older emails titles etc., om the email page are now gray lines in each column; I can't respond to emails.   8. how to fix frequently blocking log in despite using same 2 computers and mobile to log in for years

    My log in is constantly being blocked for an hour I use two different computers to sign in daily one at my work location and one at home plus use my mobile device how can we stop this from happening this has been going on for a few months now and causes serious delays for work and urgent personal matters

  12. Acknowledge that some errors are Yahoo's, not user error, and recover my emails

    Give more than 7 days lee-way for recovering disappeared items, and accept on the request form that it's not always a user-error.

    I now have zero confidence in Yahoo's ability to maintain my e-mail securely and effectively.

  14. helping people with unpaid accounts instead of forcing people to pay for help.

    I have a unpaid account and have been having problems with my email and am able to change my email password when i go the yahoo.com website but through my mail that has all my email accounts in it, it will not allow me to view my emails even with a new password i keep getting error message 0x80190194. I have been using this account for years, and i don't want to just jump to the yahoo webside to read my emails.

    I’m very disappointed on how yahoo is handling people accounts who has locked out because of forgotten password. They are making it extremely hard I have had my account for over 12 + years and they are not helping at all. All of my important information is link to this account and they just shown how they don’t care. My email mz_harp@yahoo.com is extremely important to me and I and can’t get anyone at the customer service to help your NEW verification system sucks really bad I will never be another yahoo account again !

    How do I set up a yahoo.co.uk email address? The default is yahoo.com but I want yahoo.co.uk.
    I cant find anything in the FAQ or help section on this at all.
