Hope this gets through to somebody who can address it. I believe I have been the victim of a scam. I received an e-mail saying that my mobile subscriber, SpeakOut, was going out of business and that I had to sign up with yourselves, Bell. So I talked to the guy in the booth in the Westminster Mall and he assured me that this was the case. So I signed up with Bell. Meanwhile, SpeakOut is advertising like crazy on the Internet so they are STILL in business and it looks like my account there is still active. So far, I've paid your company around $170 which I assume I have now lost so I wish to cancel my account with Bell and return the phone I signed for.
