  2. You are posting a Verizon ad with rapid flashing that causes seizures. Your response was you want screenshots during a seizure???

    1) Teach your people what a seizure is. 2) Stop posting Verizon ads with rapid flashing. 3) Don't make ridiculous requests like "expose yourself to the ad and take a screenshot during the seizure."

    Just STOP with nag screen to white list. Ads are VERY distracting to me, and the ones that blink/move pop up, or are multicolored flash make me feel nauseated.. Seriously, keep your ads on your home page, but keep them off the email. When I'm on Email, I have no intention of looking at advertised stuff. I've already done that part.

    return the home page advertisements to their former layout (ad banner at the top of the page with the small word option "collapse". Having huge full-screen ad's (FORD most recently) with the home page news shrunken down is asinine. I'm disabled (physically and visually) and can't read the words cause they are reduced to permit this monster ad to show: top, bottom and both left and right. I've been a loyal YAHOO customer for 19 years and I'm planning to switch now.

  6. Look over support plans & I must say. The multimodal planning, pricing and delivery, are excellent!

    That being said, despite my respect of the planning & support offerings in general, support or rather a pre-pay of support only come into play if a client is using a product and needs support for a task(s), or if they have done something wrong, and require a detailed call for resolution, and some mistakes, may go beyond even support via screen sharing; and require a physical visit.

    How about a program that will help people with their spelling, that will automatically change the spelling of the word, including the context in which it is used like to, too and two. All pronounced the same way, but spelled slightly different depending in what context in which it used. Right now there are programs that might make a distinction for the word two, but for too and to with two completely different meanings these programs don't pick out this difference and leaves the wrong spelling.   16. let us talk directly to you even by our home telephone and for maybe free service you can help us either by telephone (landline) or while on

    Let us get free service for help especially for those who can't afford other help, and let everybody use landlines instead of cell phones. And it would be nice too if you had people that could help us with our computers when having problems, like either some local people that could come to our homes to fix them or do it remotely. And if our computers need new software, some could be added for free, and some at a very reduced price. I am not saying for all disabled, but for those who are truly in financial need.
