How can we make our products more accessible to people with disabilities?

THIS IS NOT ONLY FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, BUT FOR EVERYONE. FIRST OF AL, THERE IS NO CLEAR WAY OF CONTACTING YAHOO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

It took me forever to find a way to contact customer support!!! A complete waste of time and energy. Anyways, I had trouble logging in to my account and needed to reset my password. NEVER GOT THE VERIFICATION CODE. THAT MUST BE FIXED. I verified my phone number and selected the button to send another code many times, yet, it never happened. MANY people are having trouble with this so please fix this immediately
