This morning I discovered you changed the interface. I am disabled and have very limited hand mobility. I largely use voice texting to navigate the screen. You have moved items around that make them hard to get to. For instance the email boxes from multiple accounts end the calendar. I spent A long time with an agent today trying to Restore the basic email and it did not work even when I clicked on the Restore basic email option in settings. I have been told now there is nothing to do but provide this feedback. In my current situation I can't really use Yahoo for the long term future. Please let me change back to basic mail. And please do get back to me and let me know that this feedback was received. I will be waiting on a response. I've used Yahoo since I was in my 20s I am now 53. I would really like to continue to be able to use this email despite my disability and your desire to change the account.
