Guess you don't want me as a customer -- if I want to give positive or negative feedback, I am unable. If its not on your short list to choose from -- you don't want to hear what I have to say. And because I couldn't find what I wanted and it was jumping hoops and getting nowhere - you're getting negative feedback from a customer of 15 plus years. My first time doing this.
