Ok, I found an idea earlier the same as mine...ads bog your site down...I know you're smart enough to realize you have competition!!!!
I already used up all my votes signed in under my gmail account that I set up so I didn't have to deal with your slow e-mail. I just had to send a 3 paragraph email....that took me almost 3 HOURS TO SEND BECAUSE OF YOUR ADS!
Now granted, I'm a pos Microsoft right now and don't experience near the problems with Mac, but cut your subscribers some slack whatever system. Corporate America has LOST the ideal of customer loyalty.
And while I'm sure Yahoo has been crapped on in the past, each time a new shiny search site comes up, you'll still get your loyal customers back as long as you make good decisions!
Maybe....you'd see even more returns and loyalty if maybe you'd show them some appreciation and either cut the ads in half...or maybe come off the totally ridiculous price to remove them. Paying that isn't customer loyalty, that's customer stupidity. I already used all my votes under my gmail account, so now I plan on signing in with our family yahoo account we've had for years and my sons and his friends that I set up, so I can vote as much as I can. I figure I just had to waste 3 hours using Yahoo (I was emailing my mother, anything tech confuses, Yahoo was the only option). And it definitely seems like it has increased considerablely in the last few months, it's possible that the new MICROSOFT product I'm using is adding to the issue.
While I don't ever notice this issue on Ios, it's still wrong, and you know it.
That's why there's about 50 different posts with hundereds of votes on this topic. And while I really don't have the time to use every Yahoo account I could think of, I have a feeling this "Yodelers" site is about as useless as the Microsoft community support site.
I have to say, after being caught up in my first forum a few weeks ago...genius ... very genius....just set it up and watch em attack! Most just need a place to bully people and pick fights....probably like half a percent even notices Yahoo employees are never even seen!
