Eliminate the multiple clicks required to "READ MORE" If based on headline, reliable news source we want to go to full story
If readers select article to read either directly or to open in a new window, if we have to then click again to read more to get to full story it is klugee. It's nice to go to the original source, but ok if you just site the source and provide the article within yahoo news format. Get rid of the ads or questionable news source articles.

It is also called "maximum clickage" where they charge the customer 'per click'

They did this to squeeze more ad revenue out of advertisers. Even though people are not on these pages for more than 1/2 a second, Yahoo still bills all of the advertisers with ads on that page for an "ad impression". It's dirty and underhanded since now advertisers are paying for impressions that they really didn't get.
