Come on Yahoo, people support your site by opening accounts with Yahoo, but you are not there to support them? I have had a yahoo account since 1996. I created a second account for my gift shop in 2005. Now, suddenly I am having to create a new password every few months just for the privalge of access something I have had for over 20 years? Since my account was created in 1996, I have no idea what the answers are to my "secret" questions. I don't even remember if I wrote them down in "a safe place" and if I did write them down I have NO IDEA WHERE THAT WOULD BE. Not to mention my, "backup email". I haven't accessed that backup email since I created the email I need access TO! According to Hotmail, it is no longer in existence so I don't know how Yahoo could possibly be sending my "verification code" to it. Don't you understand the frustration people are going through? I have seen post after post of people dealing with the same thing as I am. I have some important information that I access from my accounts and I cannot do so because Yahoo has locked me out. Please create a fix for this, I am going to move to another email server if I can't access my account.
