your email has gotten to be the worst of the worse. cannot even access contacts easily let alone add to them. After 20 years i am done

I didnt tell you to change me to the new mail. But you did it anyway and now Ive lost all my e-mail contacts. Ive tried your help suggestions but nothing works.
