Annoying and congesting floating toolbar on yahoo pages.
Why is there no 'close' button? Hardly any of the content on the floating toolbar is useful and it takes up over 1/5th of the screen leaving a cramped feel when trying to read the news or mail or any other of yahoo's wonderful content. Get rid of the toolbar OR implement a close option to view the entire veiw of content on the page!! VERY ANNOYING

I am not a fan of this toolbar either. We're referring to the page header that stays in the same position regardless of your vertical position on the page. When you scroll down, it scrolls with you. Its the same black/gray banner that reads "Yahoo! Tech" on the page I was looking at and includes sharing links to Twitter, Facebook, etc.

Toolbar? Please explain.
Occasionally you will get a survey window over the page but you can close THAT or click No, thanks.
Try clearing your cookies/internet temp files and log in anew. Does the problem persist?
Did you install software from the internet recently that may have installed this toolbar? ALWAYS read through the installation terms thoroughly to see if other programs are being installed with it and uncheck what you don't like or understand, or simply DON'T INSTALL,
And always use a trusted malware scanner and antivirus program, updated regularly.
