Yahoo mail APP download problem.

I can't download mail APP, once I click "download" in APP's window another window is opened asking for a Microsoft account (i.e.: Hotmail, Outlock or so on).
Please let me know how can I solve this situation.

    as i am in Senegal i changed my phone number which is now 00221 77552 21 56 instead of 347 737 0303
    i wish to receive à new code on the Senegalese number to have access to my mail box
