Disappointed Feeling
Dear Royal Caribbean Crew,
I'm writing to share my disappointing experience with my recent cruise vacation, which was supposed to depart from Shanghai on August 29, 2024. My journey began with a flight from Singapore to Shanghai, but unfortunately, we encountered a delay and arrived at the cruise port at 3:30 pm.
Despite speaking with the officer, we were denied entry due to port regulations. We attempted to contact Royal Caribbean's customer support in Shanghai, but unfortunately, they couldn't assist us either. We left feeling sad and disappointed.
We tried to book a flight to Japan for the next day to catch up with the cruise but were unable to secure tickets. Eventually, we managed to book a flight to Busan to join the cruise at the next port.
I hope you'll take our experience into consideration to improve your services and accommodate passengers who face unexpected delays.
