Pay attention to visitor feedback!
One - lose the infinitely scrolling web page. It's frustrating to attempt to scroll to the bottom of the page to look for information that used to be in the masthead of a newspaper only to discover that you can't get to a non-existent toolbar at the bottom of the page.
Second, provide a way for visitors to contact authors WITHOUT requiring visitors to join yet another social network.
I actually read privacy policies, and that Is why I will never sell my soul to Facebook or many other social networks.

I am glad that someone else felt my frustration, of been unable to contact the writer of any article on Yahoo!I read about Greenland restaurants menu, and was thinking to contact Paula Froelich about the article. But that was NOT possible. Communication today, is a two way road, that goes beyond LIKE/DISLIKE. I may avoid to read those articles from now on.
