Stop telling me I'm using a 3rd party app when I'm not
I continue to receive emails saying I am using a 3rd party mail app when I am not. I am using the yahoo mail app. Stop threatening to take my email away because your technology cannot recognize that I am using the correct app.

Deleting "sent" emails
Hello,
From my Android device, deleting a sent email also deletes the inbox reply. It basically deletes the whole thread. This obviously should not occur.

There is no way that I can find to add or create a new contact in the android mail app
There is no (ZERO) way to add a new contact in the Yahoo mail app found in Google Play store! You can edit an existing contact but there's NO way to create a new one. I'm not talking about creating a "contact list" but I'm talking about a new SINGLE contact! What is the point of a mail app if I Still have to log in through a web browser to create new contacts? I can just use the website and delete your USELESS app!

Viewing in landscape mode now shows a preview window making it unusable in landscape
I have a screen shot. There was some update made, I presume it was for tablets. But it is affecting regular android phone also. Some change was just made in the last couple of weeks to months. Now when using an android phone and pulling up yahoo mail web page. It seems to split the window in 2, showing a preview wi dow. Well this leaves the site useless, can not see or read emails now. Please fix back to how it was

Yahoo mail sucks.
Yahoo mail service has deteriorated to a point where i need to ho elsewhere after 30 years.
Very sluggish and slow. Outbound sometimes stays for hours before being sent and many times it states problem sending. Also when scrolling between accounts you still have data from other accounts. So slow the blue wheel spins and spins. Awful service and now its time to go to anothet provider. -

I have had and use yahoo mail for decades 30+ years. Now I have to pay for help with it. After all those years of ads, spam, obnoxious updates you want me to pay for support? After all those purchases through yahoo shopping you want me to pay for support?

My old e mail account got deactivated due to "inactivity" and I need to access it for something really important

Anniversary emails that aren't depressing
Umm.. I'd like a happy anniversary email that's actually happy? Not an obviously perturbed sad faced dog in human clothes being annoyed by a mentally ill owner who wants likes and attention via a fb gif vid, not a cat that's humiliated in order to earn treats (definitely the better of the lot though), not cute happy dolphins with health defects that forever trap them in a pool (still cuties so best of the 4), and not a scared seal that jumps in fear - also, WHY IS IT COVERED IN BLOOD?? Post-alphastage notification settings wanted
It´s a mystery why Yahoo mail @ android can´t be set up to filter email notificians on email addresses following a certain pattern only, like all mails from a certain domain. Currently the settings are just not sufficiant to use the app in the way I want it, and I´d hate to change to gmail to get this feature.

Yahoo email has changed
Before you changed Yahoo email, when sending new mail the contacts would auto-populate in the send to box but now nothing pops up in the send to box when sending new mail.
