How can I turn off the newsfeeds? I don't want all that data loading on my phone.
How do I stop all the newsfeeds from loading? I don't want to pay data charges for all the graphics, etc. I also need the background to be darker and the font is much too skinny to read quickly at a glance. I also need a much faster way to delete my inbox and unwanted emails.

We really appreciate your feedback. It isn’t possible to disable the News feature within the Mail app. You can, however, disable the notification setting for the News feed. The following help article contains instructions:

The memory issue is a big problem. Maybe caused by the newsfeeds you mention. In my android cellphone it's using >500Mb and in my android tablet it's using staggering >1.5GB!
The problem is that my old cellphone keep complaining that I don't have enough memory and every time he suggest what to delete the top 1 is always Yahoo Mail!
If yahoo don't solve this quickly I'll be forced to move to Gmail App.
Amend this ASAP!
