Restore of oll deleted email Id as per yahoo policy.

I had stroke in year 2017, and wasn't able to access email ID till now . My company details are registered with this particular ID

Can you please help in restoring of my emails after year 2016

    I lost my phone in 2017 and unable to get the phone back,all of my admission letter and other data was deleted, now am desperately in need.
