Your verification processes made me lose everything.
As a US service member, I'm ordered to move and have no control over it. I was sent to Europe and needed to change my phone number to communicate with others around me, including my superiors. Because I couldn't update my phone number before I had a new one, I've lost the ability to log into an email that contained very important information. I've essentially lost everything I needed for my move. I've also lost my trust in Yahoo. If I can't get into my account in the next 5 days, I'll be leaving Yahoo and making sure people are aware this could happen to them. To give me no alternatives to recovering my account is unacceptable and unappreciated.
