Yahoo vs US School email

Critical school email messages sent from outlook are not being delivered to my yahoo address.

My yahoo is unable to send or receive any email from school's outlook account including my child.

This error is an issue on Yahoo side per School tech support.
I have to pay to talk Tech Support?
Reddit and MS chats on this matter go back 18+ months & all confirm it is on the Yahoo Mail side

    If I can not get emails...why keep Yahoo? Maybe I will move to outlook
