My Yahoo email account has been suspended and can't receive and send emails as due to data storage exceeded. However, I found that I can't access any form of support online and sent feedback regarding this matter. there is only a premium support service which presumably charge premium price to access support. How terrible!

Also I'm unable to purchase additonal storage for email to restore my email as the purchase of additional storage by credit card is only meant for US citizens since card payment requires Zip code and State. May I know what is going on??
