I got a new phone and my Sim wouldn't work in new phone, think it was blocked
So when I signed into my main yahoo Mail account it refused me entry because I forgot my password.
They were sending verification codes to it which I couldn't reach, so I feel like I'm in a Catch 22.
That's 4 days I've been without my main email address and worried I'm missing lots of important messages.
I've tried everyday to sort it without success, then I get a message try again tomorrow as I've tried too many times.
I'm a 65 year old and not computer literature
So I wish it was a bit easier to sort things out
You can't call anyone for help to fix it for you
