Dear Yahoo Support Team,

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the current user experience of the Yahoo Mail app on Android.

My email address, djordjevicMilos@yahoo.com, itself makes it clear that I have been using Yahoo Mail services for a very long time. As a long-standing Yahoo Mail user, I am therefore particularly disappointed by the current state of the Android application.

I use Yahoo Mail (v. 26.361/1980803) on a Samsung Galaxy A56, and the current version of the app has become extremely frustrating and unreliable in everyday use. The problems are not limited to a single feature or isolated malfunction, they affect the basic navigation and handling of the inbox.

Among the issues I am experiencing are:
- inconsistent or problematic rendering and loading of inbox content;
- unreliable refreshing and displaying of newly received emails;
- poor and sometimes confusing behavior when returning after opening and reading an email;
- difficulties returning smoothly to the main inbox view;
unreliable swipe-left actions for deleting emails;
unreliable swipe-right actions for marking emails as unread;
inconsistent responses to basic navigation gestures and actions throughout the inbox;
a general feeling that the interface does not reliably reflect the user's actions or the current state of the inbox.

These are fundamental functions of an email application. When basic actions such as opening an email, returning to the inbox, refreshing messages, deleting a message, or marking it as unread do not work smoothly and predictably, the entire purpose of the application is undermined.

I have used Yahoo Mail for a very long time, and I find the current state of the Android application particularly disappointing. The problem is not simply that the interface could be more convenient, the current implementation actively makes routine email management slower, more difficult and unnecessarily frustrating.

I strongly urge Yahoo to review the current Android release from the perspective of actual everyday user experience, with particular attention to navigation, gesture responsiveness, inbox refreshing, state synchronization, and transitions between the inbox and individual messages.

Please treat this as a request for an actual product-quality improvement, rather than simply a request for troubleshooting on a single device. The issues described above concern the overall usability of the current Yahoo Mail Android experience.

Yahoo is a major email service, and users should not have to struggle with basic inbox operations.

I would appreciate it if this feedback could be forwarded to the relevant Yahoo Mail product and engineering team and considered for a future update.
