How can we improve Yahoo?

The new home page looks so bad that I thought something was wrong with Yahoo.

All personalization is gone, and everything looks so spread out and odd that it almost appears to be in some sort of out-dated recovery mode . . .

    I'm seriously about to give up on Yahoo altogether -- just when we've had a tragedy in my hometown and I'm trying to find pertinent news stories, they make it impossible to find anything. :(
