You need to have a way to contact you.
'Contact us' does not actually provide a way to contact you to resolve issues. It only connects to your pre-packaged, non-helpful videos. When the automated system fails to fulfil its function, you helpfully provide another 'Contact us' link -- which UNhelpfully returns the the starting point of the process that was unhelpful to begin with.
You need to have live chat, email, or some other way of contacting Support.
