Simply add a "revert" button to all redesigns, then keep stats on percentages of users reverting as feedback instead of us having to go through this labyrinthine process just to be told there is nothing we can do but accept it. Make it a big, simple, easy to find button and you will SEE what we think...if more than 50% revert then you should revert or redesign...or maybe just ask if WE, the lowly users, need/want/or desire ANY changes.
