It is apparent that the complaints regarding the new homepage are falling on deaf ears. I strongly suggest that you fire the designer, and listen to the voice of those who daily use yahoo as a homepage.

The layout of the new design is congested and not appealing at all. Of course you are not unaware of this as many are complaining each time it appears. "How can we improve Yahoo?" Just listen to what the consumers are saying, after all with significantly less users, advertisers will be less inclined to shell out big dollars for small audiences. Now, can we get back to business?
