There was nothing wrong with your home page. This new page is stupid, poorly designed, unasked for, and did not carry over anyone's preferences or locations. In other words, worse customer service ever! If you wonder why Yahoo isn't making headway against its competitors, this is why: you don't practice customer service, only arrogance! Its not about providing what YOU think the customer wants, its about making sure the customer wants what you are providing! I sure as **** don't want this, so I am done; I'll check my email daily, but my daily check of Yahoo for news is over.
