Support for Yahoo Finance
Any idea how to get the Engineering Team for Yahoo Finance to respond to an open support ticket? I logged a support ticket 7 weeks ago which was escalated to the "Engineering Team" but each time I check in (weekly) I just get a response stating the engineering team is looking at it. But no one ever reaches out or provides any updates. The underlying issue is with the linking of my brokerage account, which had worked well for six months or more, but then stopped updating despite refreshing and removing and relinking the account.
