A few days ago, this complaint was in 1st place, so I pointed that out to Yahoo. They responded by removing my reply and ranking this complaint 3rd. I suspect it is actually the 1st place ranked complaint. The fact that half of the top ten comments are about this exact same bias problem should tell Yahoo something (or should have, over a decade ago when complaints about this bias began topping the top ten complaints in the feedback forum).

Wow ranked third place yahoo ! That must tell you something right ? Today for example as a far left news article was the one from the racist news outlet "root". Calling Republicans "white pride racists" I can't believe democrats are allowed to publicly say such races things about other races with no shame. More examples of far left articles are the ones pushing the LGBTQ+beliefs on us we don't care if your coming out or changing sexes, as an adult believe in what you want and like I say to the crazy religious ones " don't push it on me ".
Those Republicans both "black and white" seem to be the only ones that believe in true equality among races with no special treatment or money for any one race and the only ones that don't think the man in a dress should be competing in womens sports.
#say no to religious and LGBTQ+beliefs in minor children's public schools and TV shows!
Stay strong traditional Americans and pass it on !

3 1/2 years later this comment is still "gathering feedback". Yahoo doesn't give two shih tzus about your opinion, your satisfaction, or its role as a source of information for readers. The site disabled comments what, like 5 months ago now? And some people seem to think that if they just voice displeasure that Yahoo will bring the comments back? Nope. Yahoo doesn't care about you. Yahoo cares about showing you as many ads as you can possibly stand while still visiting the page. The only way to stop the cycle is to leave.

Today, there was an article titled "Am I a Fetish or the Prettiest Girl In The Room? Why Attractive Black Women trigger White People" The article claimed that the painting "A Pair of Broad Bottoms" had been made to objectify black women, resulting in the expectation that black women have large bottoms and twerk. When I pointed out that the two people in the painting were actual people at the time (Sarah Baartman and Lord Grenville), who looked the way the painting had depicted, the moderator kept removing my comment. Apparently, he can't be bothered to do a google search before determining if my comment is factual enough to be posted.
The same is true for a later comment I tried to give explaining that only a small fraction of white Americans descend from ***** owners. This is a fact that has been attested to by several experts, including Nell Irvine Painter, an African American black studies professor and historian at Princeton University, in her book "The History of White People". Even snopes tries to exaggerate the percentage by pointing out that Adam Rothman, a historian at Georgetown University, claims 7.4% of white Americans owned slaves. Well, that's still a small fraction. Snopes takes issue because this number includes non-*****-holding states, but my comment never claimed to be only about *****-holding states and, further, ***** ownership came nowhere close to the majority of white households even in the South. Some states were worse than others, but I didn't specify I was discussing any specific state. Rather, I clarified I'm discussing white Americans today, the majority of whom, as I said, "do not descend from *****-owners". As widely known as this fact is, when I tried to post it, the Yahoo moderator blocked me from making any more comments and threatened to remove my yahoo account. Am I supposed to lie and claim the bulk of white Americans DO descend from ***** owners? Because your "terms and conditions" claim we're not supposed to lie in the comments section. If we are only allowed to post "facts", how come both your articles and the comments section are filled with leftist inaccuracies that we will have our Yahoo accounts removed for trying to correct?

I've selected "Show less Huffington Post". Had that setting for over a year now, but three of the first ten stories in my news stream today are still Huffington Post (and that's typical for Yahoo as well). How many stories would be from Huffington Post if I never had selected this preference?
This complaint that Yahoo is hopelessly left has been a top rated complaint for over three years now, but they still aren't making any attempt to balance their news.

Yep burning for a month and I have to get the news of these fires from my uncle who lives near the fires. I am making sure he and his family are ok, but Yahoo doesn't seem to care about Colorado - maybe they would if the marijuana fields were burning instead of the trees!!!

I would like to report a Chinese company, NewChic.com, that advertises on Yahoo. They misrepresent their women's clothing in their photos for cheap prices, then send cheaply made material and clothing items. I have returned their product, following their chat instructions, but they have not credited my credit card in over two months. After a while, they change their name and continue their business under another name such as Cosypieces. Please stop their ads. They are stealing from the American public.
I have posted my complaint on our neighborhood website and learned that other women have experienced the same thing. Their ads are lovely, their product stinks.
