Please remove the autoplay videos from your front page.
I visit Yahoo! from many places, most of which I don't want videos to be autoplayed. That's the primary reason. The secondary is that I would like to READ the news at my own pace. I get that videos are more profitable for you, but I will just use another site if I can't visit Yahoo! without videos autoplaying.

The auto play videos are actually causing my page to freeze - I can read and I don't like them! This is making me really consider having another email address so I won't have to deal with the videos.

Most of these videos are ads and lock up the browser forcing you to watch the ad, I can't even close the browser when the ads are running and that means that they are infected with malware because they are taking control of the PC by not allowing you to close the browser Yahoo is assisting in hacking and they need to be reported to the FCC & FBI for computer hacking.

They'll never remove auto play. Then we won't see Liberal Democrats criticize Trump.....on the fly.
Yahoo NEVER reports anything good about the President. EVER. Like Apple News. -

That will be a huge mistake, the idea is to see ads for item.you can not purchase in a store, or find in a store.

Yes, Yahoo. I am completely capable of pressing the Play button if I decide I want to watch a video. I may be somewhere where I don't want the video to play. Or it eats up data. Or I'm reading an article and all of a sudden the video loads, I have to stop what I'm doing, and go turn it off. Really annoying.

Yes, Yahoo is the worst!! So annoying to click on a news story and be greeted by an autoplay video at full volume!! Give the reader the option on whether to play the video or to read the article.
