I do not like the new format.
The grid of many items on a page is confusing. The previous format with a picture in the left and description to the right was easier to scan and digest.

I was dependent on the previous my.yahoo.com that I used 20 times a day. I have had this Yahoo ID since the inception of Yahoo. Why would you want to upset people like me? Put it back the way it was or I'll have no choice but to leave Yahoo after more than 20 years.

Yahoo's new format is difficult to navigate, has removed or hidden features and information that was important to me, and highlighted their greed by placing more ads, even in the middle of articles! They've spent so much time scooting things around and selling ad space that they've seem to have forgotten the reason people visit the webpage: It's for the news! Just like the pointless 'takeaways' at the top of the news story, it's not the optimum way of delivering the news in detail.

Why do companies keep trying to fix things that are not broke.

I will end my mail plus subscription and go to google if My.Yahoo is not turned back on
My.yahoo is the only reason I have stayed with yahoo -

Whomever decided to change the home page should be terminated. After 25+ years I will be moving on from Yahoo as my home page. All of my previous selections and formatting for stocks, news, sports, etc are gone. The new format is difficult to use.

My.Yahoo.com has been my goto page for years because I can select the categories and feeds that are interesting and valuable to ME! The "New Yahoo" home page is full of endless "People Magazine" like drivel and and no way to make persistent changes so it defaults to my desired news categories and daily financial information. As a result, Yahoo.com will disappear off my daily internet stops and I'll find a more configurable homepage in the future.

I do not like the New format.. I don't have a choice of choosing sites that I want for my news, sports or anything. Too many video ads... Not everyone has high speed internet. Somethings don't load because of the numerous ads. MY Yahoo was perfect... Able to choose what you wanted and be able to move it around to where you wanted it.. If I wasn't commenting I would never have found a log in.
The old was MUCH Better and easier to find what you wanted -

What good is a "homepage" that doesn't have our portfolio, the news from places we want, the things we want? I'll just use google as my homepage, what's the difference now?

Gather this... AHs.... just don't make changes for the sake of changes. You's think in 2025, you could have all of us set up our own page the way we want it... code monkeys are useless... can't wait for AI to take all your jobs.

Totally a lot of "fluff" which is of no interest to me. Screwed up "My Portfolios" too.

The new format is horrible. Probably enough people won't complain, but I will have to find another place to go. Cannot stand the busy home page. I liked My Yahoo because I could customize it for news feeds that interested me, and my portfolio was right there all the time.
Major mess Yahoo. I think you will regret your decision. -

I hope yahoo reads these comments because they are driving people away with this new ad and news sponsored format. Not one good comment about it. Wake up yahoo!

I have been with my.yahoo almost since the beginning. This new format is intrusive and lacks any kind of customization. My pages are now scattered and I am required to click on links for what I used to see on the home page. I will be looking for an alternative to Yahoo.

I do NOT!!!! like new format at all. Why change? If something is working good, is not broken, then DON'T FIX IT!!! Change just for the sake of change is ,to put it mildly, STUPID!!!! Who ever this idea was, you should consider getting rid of him or her.

WTH is this new format BS? I use yahoo as my home page because it's simplistic. I have the search engine, my email, and my bookmarks. All the other bs is deleted. I want the old format back!
