Wondering why there are inconsistencies with team names. For example...
W. Michigan but East. Michigan
S. Dakota St. but N. Dak. St.
N. Carolina but South Carolina

If I go through conference by conference, these are the ones I would update
North Carolina
Boston College
New Mexico St.
Sam Houston St.
C. Michigan
E. Michigan
So. Illinois
San Diego St.
W. Illinois
Texas A&M CC
N. Dakota St.
Coastal Carolina
