  12. Your service sucks!! I have been trying to reset my password and not able to. Your site won't even text to my phone!!!

    Gmail's texting the phone number works yours doesn't. why don't you guys just shut down and let the big boys stay in. this sucks I have emails that I need to get to and can't WOW.

  13. Give a reason for the open bar at the end. I'm old and not computer savvy.

    I need a description of what you want in the designated rectangles. The instructions are written for a IT specialist, not an 80 year old, who is computer illiterate.
