How can we improve Yahoo Mail Mobile Web?

Can not send or receive citymail.org emails

I am sending an email but the other person is not receiving ot or i am not receiving theirs from citymail.org. can you help me

    My yahoo account can send messages but I'm not receiving any message directed to my Inbox. Neither do I get them in my spam folder. The last time I got a message in my inbox was 8ctober 2018. I have send several mail using other yahoo account and asked friends to send me email but I don't get any of them. Please help.
