Customer Service Sucks
The customer service is terrible! I've been locked out of my account (which I NEED for work, school, bills) and the only way I can recover my account is to pay for some stupid subscription service?!? And the only phone number to call for ANY type of help is the phone number for your subscription service. Where they refuse to let you talk to management and voice a complaint. And management literally tells the person helping you that they're "too busy" to help?! Are you freaking kidding me?!? Why should I pay for some service I don't want or need just because your systems decided to be overzealous and lock me out of my account for "security reasons"? I also highly suggest retraining your managers in how to properly do their job, if a customer request to speak with them, even if just to voice a complaint, they should take it. Not say they don't have the time. I can literally call any other company that I have any type of account with and get help with my account FOR FREE. And then there's Yahoo. Can't access your account? We can help for the small fee of a $12.99 monthly subscription. Oh, don't want or need the subscription? Then you are Sh*t out of luck and can't have your account back. Seriously, fix it. You should have other ways for customers to email and call to get help. As well as being able to get help without being scammed into some service that's completely useless.
